By accessing or using Deetz websites and applications (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping login credentials secure. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and use the Services only for lawful real estate and business purposes.
Subscriptions & billing
Free and paid plans are offered through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or our checkout flows. Paid features renew according to the store or plan you select until canceled. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the policies of the applicable store or as required by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse lead capture tools, spam contacts, or violate anti-spam laws
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content to cards or open houses
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Services
- Comply with brokerage branding and advertising rules that apply to you
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate features you enable (including sharing links, QR codes, and follow-up messages).
Disclaimer & limitation
The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and request deletion via delete account.
